The Alliston Legion, Branch 171, is a central community hub dedicated to supporting veterans and their families through social events, advocacy, and local outreach.

    • Down East Kitchen Party: A popular social event held on weekends.

    • Lunch Specials: Monthly lunches organized by the Ladies Auxiliary, featuring dishes like Chicken Parm or Liver and Onions (often free for veterans).

  • Remembrance: The branch maintains a Memorial in Union Cemetery to honour ex-service personnel.
